Indian film industry might be alleged of copying from other language movies but the movie has to be tasteful too in order to make it look graceful in the big screen. Something like that happened with one of the recent movies’ named HEROES. It is said to be have copied from one oldie Motorcycle Diaries but onscreen this movie looked really great and could have inspired lot of Indian youth with the ending line” You don’t have to be a soldier to love your country”.

The story of the movie is based on the lives of Vatshal Seth and Sohail Khan who are actually students of film academy। Due to their short attendance they were asked to submit an assignment movie. So they decide an arbit topic and meet a reporter who used to deal with army life once. He gave them three letters of three Indian soldiers which was their last letters but not posted to the address. They started their journey for posting their letters.

First they went to Harbalkar Singh’s(played by Salman) home where they found how the whole community is proud of the dead army। Then they land on the Himachal in the home Dhananjay Shergill (played by Bobby Deol) whose elder brother (played by Sunny) who was incompatible to walk on his own showed how he and his whole family loved India and feel pride for this country.


At last they went to Leh, in the home of Sahil Naqvi(played by Dino Morea) whose father was very much angry on his son and started to behave like an inhuman in his personal life. After all the experience they recorded, and they finished the movie. But they decided not to go to US what they desired all their life, instead they opened one school what they could have done at best.

The music of the movie is more than average. Some of the songs are of very much suitable to the genre of the movie. The music in this movie has been given by Monty and Sajid-Wajid. And the lyrics are of Jalees and Rahul.

A simple copied movie from English block buster is the movie “Aan-Men at work”. This movie was released in 2004. Although it was copied, the original concept would have been the same having seen the situation of Bombay. This movie is directed by Madhur Bhandarkar and is produced by firoz Nadiadwala.

The script is totally based on the under-world and minister level relation that prevailed in Mumbai. DCP Hari Om Patnaik is an honest police inspector who has been put in the duty of special branch with a bunch of semi-corrupted policemen named cont. Khaled(Paresh Rawal), shooter Appa kadam Naik(Sunil Shetty) and senior inspector Vikram(Shatrughan Sinha).

Regarding the murder of a famous businessman, they all get indulged and suddenly they all found something to bring down the corrupt government. Commisioner Khurana(Om puri) gave them the support and they were like hound to search all the illegal business in Mumbai. All these made Gautam Walia(Jackie Shroff) under a lot of stress. His stress increased with the detaching of Yusuf Pathan(Irfan) by the police. Just before the climax, a trap took away the life of Appa which just fumed the flame inside Om Patnaik & Vikram. Finally, with the help of judge, they were able to pull out the victory in that case and stop illegal business in Mumbai.

The music is an adrenalin booster with lot of item songs. Music is composed by Anu Malik. A song sung by Sherya and Udit Narayan topped the charts.

A thriller of a movie starring Amitabh Bachchan, Akshay kumar, Arjun Rampal Paresh Rawal and Susmita Sen is the movie “Aankhen”. This movie was released in the year 2002. The movie is directed by Vipul Shah. This movie got a huge response due to the nature of thrill in the movie.
The plot of the movie was basically a bank robbery accomplished by three blind men. Vijay Rajput(Amitabh) was an offbeat officer in a bank but was fired from the job regarding his stern nature to any kind of inconvenience towards client. Then he decided to take the revenge from the bank by robbing the bank.

He blackjacked Neha(Susmita) to use his technique to make three blinds compatible of robbing the bank. Arjun Verma(Arjun Rampal) Vishwas Prajapati(Akshay) and Ilias(Paresh Rawal) was selected having seen their exceptional capabilities instead of being blind. Neha taught them whatever was necessary but fell in love with Arjun.

But she could not express as she had to die to give those three blinds a new life after the actual robbery. In the climax, those three blind men pull off a miracle to make the intensions of Rajput clear in front of police which cost them Neha’s life.
The music of the movie is of mixed genre. The music is composed by Jatin-Lalit and Adesh Shrivastav.
